DESCRIPTION

The B&B La Locanda di Filo is situated in Tuscany, at 3 km from the Versilia beaches of Lido di Camaiore and of Viareggio as well as 20 km from Lucca. 
Paolo and Alessia have made up a charming Bed and Breakfast within a typical lucchese country house, with 5 rooms and suites for 1 up to 5 people. They live right next to the house, in a small annexed building to be available for their guests. On the ground floor of the house, there is the small reception, a spacious typical Tuscan kitchen with fireplace and brickwork kitchen as well as a long table as once used for the numerous families in Tuscany. 

From here on accesses onto the verandah with table for outside eating and a charming edge equipped with rattan furniture. During the summer months, breakfast is served on the verandah, whereas during the winter months it is served in the warm and cosy kitchen. 
Around the house, a big well-kept garden, sun beds and parasols. Furthermore, there are several angles with tables and chairs. Here in the countryside, near to the famous tourist destinations of the Versilia Coast, you will find peac and relax. 

Only one kilometre from the inn, there is a grocer's shop, whereas any kind of other shop and boutiques you will find at Viareggio and at Lido di Camaiore (3 km). If you like sun, beach and the sea, then you wil be right on the long beaches of Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore, famous for their particular bathing establishments equipped with all mods and cons such as typical restaurants, changing rooms, showers etc. When you leave the beach at Viareggio, on the sea promenade, the "lungomare" you will directly pop into the most exclusive shops of the whole coast. 

As far as regards the marvellous places of historical and cultural interest, you will find at just 20 km Pisa and Lucca, whereas Florence is about 80 km away

The Bed & Breakfast La Locanda di Filo is situated between Lucca and the coast of the Versilia, just 3 km from Lido di Camaiore and from Viareggio. 
There are 5 rooms at the guest's disposal, all with own bathroom, very bright and tastefully equipped. In the nice garden, there is several angles, equipped with tables and chairs, sunbeds for sunbathing and parasols. There are three rooms on the ground floor, the double room "Le Calle" with independent entrance from the verandah, the double room "I Ranuncoli" and the suite "Le Fresie" with huge panoramic window opening onto the garden. On the first floor there are the "Suite Lavanda" with huge bathroom equipped with tub and shower, as well as the junior suite "Le Rose", composed of one double room, a small bedroom with bunkbed and bathroom with shower. The three suites are equipped with air conditioning, whereas the two rooms have a fan. Rooms are equipped with hairdryer
